Who is Sports Memorabilia Online?

We recently opened our internet store Sports Memorabilia Online in March 2017.  We realize at Sports Memorabilia Online that we are relatively new to the sports memorabilia business, but be assured that you the customer will always come first. How do I know your items are authentic?

We purchase from suppliers that are licensed suppliers of sports memorabilia and products.  For items that are authentic, a certificate of authenticity will be included with the product ordered.  We understand that when you buy an autographed piece of memorabilia, it can be one of the most enjoyable investments you can make. Sports Memorabilia Online will guarantee that any hand-signed sports memorabilia product you purchase. 

 

Is there a difference between Autographed and Signed?

There is no difference between Autographed and Signed in the Sports Memorabilia industry.  These words have the same meaning and are only used as different terminology.

 

How do I return or exchange an item?

We can exchange or provide a store credit if your merchandise is returned and received within 15 days from the date of purchase.  Visit our Return Policy for more information. 

 

Is my personal information safe when I shop at SportsMemorabiliaOnline.com?

Sports Memorabilia Online understands that you care how information about you is shared and used.  Sports Memorabilia Online values your privacy and therefore guarantees that all the information you give to us will be kept private and not sold, rented or loaned to any third party.  We want your Sports Memorabilia Online shopping experience to be pleasurable, enjoyable and worry-free!  Please also see our privacy policy.

 

I saw one of your products on eBay for a less expensive price, why?

Some of our competitors, both wholesalers and retailers, buy in bulk and resell via the Internet.  We cannot determine the final selling price of auction items. Figures by experts put the rate of fraudulent autographed sports memorabilia as high as 70% on EBay.  Additionally, purchasing from EBay means no recourse, no customer service, and no lifetime guarantees and policies.  We don't expect our customers to gamble when it comes to their important purchases and hard-earned money.

 

How much is shipping?

Shipping depends on the total sale cost, total weight, and destination zip code of your order and shipping options you choose.  See our shipping policy for more details.

 

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide.  Just be advised that items shipped outside the United States may take longer to arrive.  If a product(s) are not able to be shipped outside of the United States, there will be information listed in the product description to let you know that we will be unable to ship the product internationally.  

 

Where is my order/When will my order arrive?

Once we receive an order from the site, we send it to be processed as soon as possible.  We always try to exceed our customer’s expectations so if we can process your order the same day we will certainly do so.

 

Can I track my order?

Yes. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing and to prepare your item for shipping.  After that your tracking number will be automatically emailed to you.  You are welcome to call our office at (866) 930-2121 and we can provide you with a tracking number.

 

I can’t find the item I am looking for.

Please call our office at (866) 930-2121 and we will be more than happy to help you locate it on our website, or place a special order if we are able to do so.  We are always looking to add more products to our site to provide our customers with the most memorabilia options as we can.

 

I'm buying this as a gift. Do you gift wrap? Can I include my own message?

We currently do not have a gift-wrapping option.  However, if you are purchasing the item as a gift, just let us know and we will make sure your gift receipt does not include the price.

 

Will you charge sales tax on my order?

Sales tax is charged for orders shipped to U.S. states where we have a business presence and/or we have determined sales taxes are applicable. Items shipped to APO / FPO military addresses are not subject to taxes.  The amount of state sales tax charged is based on current tax rates.

 

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

Once we receive your order, it is sent to the supplier for processing. An order cannot be cancelled after your item has been shipped.  Therefore, if you need to cancel your order for any reason, please call us as soon as you can.  Items vary in length of time needed for processing so we cannot guarantee that we will be able to help you cancel it.

 

How will I know my order has been received?

After placing an order, you will receive an email shortly after as a confirmation.  Please, hold on to this email in the event you need to contact us with questions about your order.  If you are uncomfortable placing an order online, simply call our office at (866) 930-2121 and we will be happy to assist you.

 

I did not receive a confirmation email.

First check your junk or spam email box. The email is coming from contactus@sportsmemorabiliaonline.com and some email programs will automatically sort it into your junk mail folder.  If you still did not receive an email, please give us a call at (866) 930-2121 so we can make sure your email address is correct.  There are situations where emails get lost in cyberspace and just need to be sent again.

 

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, as well as PayPal.

 

I found the same item on a competitor's site for a lower price. Will you match it?

We handle price matching on a case by case basis.  If you encounter this situation please call us at (866) 930-2121.

 

I want to give a piece of sports memorabilia as a gift but I don’t know enough about the sport or player to make an informed purchase. Can you help me?

Do items sell out? How do I know if you have an item in stock?

Items do sell out.  If you order an item that is sold out, Sports Memorabilia Online will contact you and see if you would like to pick another product(s) or a refund for the purchase.  We will do our best to ensure this situation happens, but we do not have control of our vendors inventory levels.
